Whenever I buy anything like this, the first thing I do is throw away the provided screws. They are always rubbish and made of Chinesium or the other well known alloy Muckite. Then finish the project with good quality hardware.

Lime away with a green scotch bright sponge. My sink was flat with no shine at all after renting my home for a couple years. Lime away worked great on the sink after scrubbing it a couple times. White Vinegar is great for soaking rusty can openers and tools over night, doesn't help with a stainless sinks at all.
